When a client finishes a mission with you, (s)he has to grade you out of /5 and leave a recommendation on your work and your behaviour during the working process.
These are essential to you. They allow you to gain in credibility when you will reach out to your future clients. In fact, when you apply to a mission the client has immediate access to your profile and past recommendations. Like any recommendation, they can put you in the spotlight if you have excelled with your past clients ! Soon, you will be able to share your Crème de la Crème's profile on other social media like LinkedIn. Therefore you will be able to use these references outside of Crème de la Crème's scope.
2 - How to get them ?
On your dashboard, when you state a mission is finished, your client automatically receives an email inviting him to close it on his side.
If no actions/interactions happened after a couple of days, you should send him a follow-up so that he grades you and leaves a recommendation. You should give the client the incentive to grade you !
3 - How to put them forward ?
- You can share your Crème de la Crème's profile directly from the platform on the diverse social media you're using
- During an interview, they can be used as references as well.
