# Freelancers fees

**Service Fees and Associated Services**
As part of the assignment, the Freelancer agrees to pay **monthly service fees equivalent to 5% (excluding VAT)** of the total invoiced amount, in exchange for the **premium service offering** provided by Crème de la Crème. These fees will be automatically deducted during the monthly payment process and will be subject to a **separate invoice** issued by Crème de la Crème.

**Services Included in the Premium Offering**
This offering has been designed to optimize the Freelancer’s experience throughout the assignment and includes, among other things:

* **Cash advance**: payment for services as early as the 1st of the following month, subject to receipt of a valid timesheet (CRA);
* **Access to a selective community** of hand-picked freelancers, with mutual support, increased visibility, and shared opportunities;
* **Access to premium assignments** with major clients, along with personalized support;
* **Regular webinars and themed events** to expand your network and develop your skills;
* **Dedicated support from a commercial representative** throughout the duration of the assignment;
* **Negotiated benefits with partners**: digital tools, coworking spaces, and services dedicated to freelancers;
* **Centralized administrative support**: simplified invoicing, a dedicated management interface, and responsive support.

| From July 1st onwards, all daily rates (ADR) displayed on the platform will include service fees.
