# How to fill in my crème de la crème profile?

What if I told you that your profile is your best ally on the crème de la crème platform?

 The more your profile is filled out, the more likely you will get missions! With a complete profile, our teams will determine if you're the best person for the job.

### 1. jobs & skills 
 
 This section is very important. We need to know your primary profession (the one you're looking for missions with), and the associated skills.
 Regarding your skills, we need to know **your 5 major skills.** For each skill, you'll have to indicate your experience in that particular skill from 1 to 4.

### 2. Work experience
 
 We need to know your 3 most recent experiences with the following information: 
 * Position 
 * Client and industry
 * Duration (start and end date) 
 * Context: Mission description, team, operation, and client needs 
 * Performed tasks (one field is equal to one task, a minimum of 3 is required)

### 3. Photographe
 
 A photograph allows you to put a face to your profile. Above all, we're a community. A little human touch doesn't hurt.

### 5. Languages
 
 You can fill in each language spoken with your level of proficiency. Some of our clients require bilingual workers.
