Am I subject to VAT?
With the auto-entrepreneur status, you're not subject to VAT if you do not exceed a turnover of 33 200€ in turnover. Beyond 33 200€, you are subject to VAT (20%). You will have to invoice the VAT from the first day of the month on which you exceed the threshold and show it on your invoices.
However, the VAT from your company expenses can be refunded. You can learn more about this right here (https://www.service-public.fr/professionnels-entreprises/vosdroits/F31673).
If you have a SARL, EURL, etc... You are subject to VAT, and it's your responsibility to check the amount of VAT that applies depending on the type of structure you have (as a general rule, it's roughly 20%)
